The God of War Elegy was introduced in the Babel Expansion. It can only be built in Orc towns, and the spells it produces only apply to Orc Heroes, and only to Orc units carried by Orc Heroes.

Penetrating Chop
After leveling up, barbarian hero military cap can improve 0.4%, led the orc hero again when the movement arms to increase the probability of 0.3% (per level).
Note: This spell raises Orc Heroes' unit cap by 0.4% per level, and the second part is assumed to refer to an increased chance of double-move and/or double-attack.
Note 2: The Orc's Totem required by this spell can be bought from the cash shop for roughly $1 USD, or starting with Blood Fort, they can be found from level 10 treasures. Purchasing them for cash will make the total cost to upgrade this spell roughly $10 USD.
