Most secondary arms have magical damage or resistance.
The magic is based on known elements of fire, wind, water, and earth. There might be another element of lightning (based on the bazaar scrolls

The amount of magic each secondary arms contains is based on its rarity (White is not included because the Tower of Babel does not produce any white equipment).

Secondary Arms are gained through Babel, guild instances, some holiday events, and as a random bonus from treasure encounters on the worldmap.
All Secondary Arms have a required Arena rank and required Hero level to be equipped.
