Battlements

Every castle can have 2 battlements, one upper battlement and one lower battlement. Battlements are revived after each battle. Although Battlements are technically buildings, they act as ranged units. Each race's battlements have the same base stats, however, the price to upgrade each race's battlement is different.

Explanations

Load is the amount of resources a unit can carry represented in gold. The total load value of the entire force is used to determine how many resources a hero can transport between castles and the maximum amount of resources that a hero can plunder from an enemy castle.

  • Example: Skeleton Warriors have a load of 30. A Hero's army consisting of 10 Skeleton Warriors can carry 30 Gold or 6 (Ore or Lumber) or 3 (Crystal or Sulfur).

Cost is the equivalent gold cost required to produce the unit. Cost = Gold + (Lumber + Ore) * 5 + (Crystal + Sulphur) * 10. Cost is the same as Unit Value, which is used to calculate the power of an army. Heroes have a limited amount of unit space that increases as the hero's level rises.
